Business owners…what do you need help with?
I just got a job as a Small Business Consultant, and wondered what your top concerns are. Do you need help with marketing, advertising, inventory management, employee training on computers, sales training, anything you can think of.
I find as a CPA that many small businesses don’t start out with the proper business plan. They need to identify their target market, long term and short term plans…. If they do cash flow projections for a period of month(s) and even year(s) they usually under estimate their expenses and over estimate their revenue.
The next step is getting enough clients.
